Sunday, friendly meal as part of the commemoration of the stake of Montségur, in homage to the Cathar martyrs.
Convergéncia Occitana is organizing this event and it will be an opportunity to come together in a spirit of sharing and transmission, around a warm and authentic moment. The meal, inspired by the Occitan tradition, will highlight regional dishes and will be punctuated by discussions on Cathar history and heritage. It will take place in a fraternal atmosphere, where everyone will be able to demonstrate their attachment to this memory and to Occitan culture.
